Treatment with Generic Temovate Clobetasol Cream have given rise to some of the most common adverse reactions such as burning and stinging sensation in 1% of treated patients. Some rare adverse reactions have also been experimented during clinical trials. These are itching, skin atrophy, and cracking of the skin. This medicine also gives rise to cushing's syndrome in infants and adults because of long usage of topical clobetasol propionate formulations.
